In mid-October, Millennial Debt Foundation’s all-black license plates began arriving at County Clerk’s offices across Tennessee. The license plate, approved by the state legislature in 2021, reached 1,000 preorders in near-record time in late 2021 and will serve as the symbol of MDF’s “In the Black” initiative in Tennessee.
Stay tuned for In the Black’s inaugural advisory board to be announced. Soon the all-black specialty license plate will be in that state’s inventory and available statewide both online and in your local clerk’s office.
